Meet Otis

Sydney West Sports Medicine Centre would like to introduce Physiotherapist Ottis Adlington to the ANSW CoE.

Otis holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, and certification in Dry Needling. He has extensive experience working with youth, academy, and senior athletes across semi-professional and professional sport, including Western Sydney Wanderers, SD Raiders, Blacktown City, Western Sydney Two Blues (Shute Shield rugby union), and A-League referees. 

A former National Premier Leagues footballer himself, Otis combines first-hand sporting experience with clinical expertise to help athletes perform at their best. He has a strong interest in lower limb muscle and overuse injuries, particularly in team sport athletes and runners, and is passionate about delivering personalised, evidence-based care to get his patients back to peak performance.

Otis will be consulting at the Athletics NSW Centre of Excellence on Mondays from 3:30pm - 6:00pm. This is a special opportunity for anyone requiring football specific Physiotherapy.
