Our Performance Development Program aims to improve athletic characteristics and create robust athletes ready to take on their sporting demands. Working across 42 different sports, our high-performance coaching team understand sport specific requirements and utilises high level coaching strategies to harness your full athletic potential. By integrating the latest technology and advanced testing protocols, athletes train alongside like-minded individuals from various sports, experiencing a holistic approach to their development.

OUR VISION

Our Athlete Development Program is focused on developing robust athletes through a strong foundation in physical capabilities, empowering them to excel in their sport.

Designed to provide athletes with the tools, resources, and support necessary to thrive, our program takes an individualised approach that aligns training with each athlete’s stage of development. We work closely with coaches and key stakeholders, including physiotherapists and other specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to athlete development.

As athletes progress through their careers, they encounter increased physical demands. Our program is built to support them during these critical phases by prioritising the development of strength, power, speed and fitness. This foundation not only enhances athletic performance but also prepares athletes for long-term success in their sport.

Through comprehensive assessments and personalised training plans, we improve movement patterns, coordination, and physical resilience. At the Centre of Excellence, our expert team fosters an environment that encourages both physical and mental growth, helping athletes build the skills they need to reach their full potential.

Through my time developing knowledge and experience through a number of professional sporting environments across Australian, Asian and German sporting sectors, the Performance Development Program provides a long-term athletic framework aiming to improve physical performance and produce ‘institute ready’ athletes by harnessing elite training concepts from around the world.

The program readies athletes to transition into the elite environment but simultaneously provides a high-level training environment for athletes who do not necessarily have access to elite facilities competing at the pinnacle of their sport.

This program is built around an athlete centred coach driven mentality, ensuring that the training program fosters areas of athletic development that will have a positive impact on their overall sporting performance by involving key stakeholders including but not limited to the athletes’ technical coaches, parents, physiotherapist and sports dietitian.

Ultimately, the Performance Development Program, as a progression of the Junior Development Program, creates fast, powerful and strong athletes ready to achieve performance success and handle the demands of their chosen event or sport.
