The Centre of Excellence serves as a performance hub for individuals, athletes and coaches, offering a comprehensive range of programs tailored to enhance their physical development.

Emphasising the importance of holistic development, we aim to prepare individuals for peak performance. We offer Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science and Sports Medicine support services, aimed at preparing athletes to achieve their full potential, ensuring they are 'institute ready’ when they transition to elite competition.

PROGRAM

Development program designed for 10-14 year old athletes. 

Create the most adaptable athlete for future success by developing the foundations of speed, power and strength through movement skill. This program fosters the growing athlete.
